What a credit buys
Terra passes model usage through at a fixed rate and shows the estimate before larger requests run. Here is the arithmetic for a typical visit.
Estimates at published list prices of the default routes: transcription at $0.0045 per audio minute, drafting at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens (including reasoning). Typed or dictated notes skip transcription. Actual usage varies with visit length, template and how many chart sources you enable.
