A privacy check on every query
Searches with exact dates, exact ages, names, record numbers, contact details or links are blocked, and the server re-checks each query against the patient's own identifiers before anything is sent.

Terra searches PubMed, DailyMed and openFDA drug labels, and shows retraction, erratum and expression-of-concern flags next to the source.

Answers built for judgment
Each answer separates what the evidence says (every statement cited), what may apply to this patient, conflicts and gaps, and where the evidence is insufficient.
