Medical vocabulary, primed for this patient
Streaming uses a medical speech domain and is primed with the patient's approved active medications and problems, so drug names and diagnoses come through as words, not guesses.

Consent before the microphone
Each session starts with a consent confirmation and a session length you choose. The browser asks for the microphone first, so a refused device never opens a session.

Dictate into one section
Use the microphone beside a note section or the Context field to dictate a single part, review it, and insert it at the cursor.

Pay for session time, get the rest back
Credits for the session limit are reserved up front and settled to whole seconds when you stop. Unused credits are returned.
