Every practice can try Terra for seven days without a card. The trial is for synthetic patients: use made-up names and details so you can try a complete visit before using Terra with real patients.
Start the trial
- Create a practice.
- Open Usage and plan and choose Start 7-day trial.
- Read and confirm the limits.
Only a practice manager can start the trial, and each practice can start it once. Creating a practice does not start the trial on its own, so the seven days begin when you are ready.
What it includes
| Allowance | Amount |
|---|---|
| Time | 7 days from the moment you start |
| Drafted visit notes | 15 |
| Recorded audio | 200 minutes |
| Document pages read | 50 |
| Credits | 3,000 |
New metered work stops when any one of these runs out, or when the seven days end. Work that already started can finish.
What you can always do
Even after the trial ends, everything you created stays readable. You can keep editing, signing and exporting notes by hand.
Moving to a plan
When you are ready, choose a plan in Usage and plan and complete checkout. Once the paid invoice is confirmed, the practice moves to the plan's credits. Unused trial allowance does not carry over, and the trial cannot be restarted.
Real patient data
Before you use Terra with real patients, make sure your practice is on a paid plan and has a signed Business Associate Agreement with Terra. Request one from the Compliance center.
