Your practice login link

Every practice has its own sign-in page that shows the practice name and logo. Bookmark it on shared workstations, or put it in your staff handbook.

Find your link

The link has this form:

https://app.useterra.si/o/{slug}/login

{slug} is the practice's login address, for example riverside-family-medicine. Managers can see and change it in Settings → Practice → Overview.

How it works

1. A member opens the link and signs in with their password or Google.
2. Terra opens that practice directly, even if the person belongs to several practices.
3. If the person is not an active member of this practice, the page says so and suggests asking the practice manager for an invitation. Being a member of a different practice does not open this one.

Changing the address

You can change the login address at any time. The old link stops working, so tell your team and update bookmarks. Choose something short and stable, such as the name patients and staff already use.

The general sign-in page

People can always sign in at app.useterra.si/login. With one practice, it opens straight away. With several, Terra asks which one to open, and you can switch later from the account menu.
